Waydic is built and maintained by one person. There's no support queue, no chatbot, no form that routes to nowhere. Just an inbox.
Write in about anything: a bug you've found, a muhurat that felt off, a feature you wish existed, a question about how the calculations work, a reply to a privacy question, or just to say the app helped on a particular day. All of it is useful.
Replies usually go out within a few days. If you're writing about a security issue, please put “security” in the subject so it jumps the queue.
A couple of things worth knowing.
- Waydic is not a personal reading. It does not predict outcomes for specific people or events. It reports the Vedic quality of a time window, nothing more. See the privacy page for what we do and don't do with your data.
- If you're asking for the app before it's out, you probably want the waitlist instead of an email. We'll write once, when the app ships.
- Press, partnerships, or integrations: same inbox, just mention it in the subject so it gets sorted correctly.
